Returns Policy
We will accept most returns requested within 14 days of the despatch date for Exchange, Store Credit or Refund back onto the card you paid with.
If you need to return an item, simply send us an email at customercare@uttamdirect.com, with the subject line containing the word "RETURN" and your order number. Please include any details about the items you are returning. If your item is eligible for refund then you will receive a Return Confirmation with instructions that you must follow.
We only accept returns for exchange, store credit and/or refund onto the card you paid with, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging and with all tags intact.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your Store Credit / Refund within four weeks of getting your package back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
How to return an item.
1. Send an email to customercare@uttamdirect.com with the word "RETURN" followed by your order number. Include details about the reason for the return and any details regarding the items that you are returning.
2. You will then receive a Return Confirmation by email giving you the address and method for returning your item. You must follow the instructions in the email so do not try to return the item until you have read and understood it. We can have no liability for items returned incorrectly so please read the instructions carefully.
3. You have 7 days in which to return the item in original packaging and with all labels intact from the date of your return confirmation email.
4. Store credit / Refund will be issued to your account within 7 days of your item being received and providing it is in the correct condition.
5. Be aware that not all items are eligible for return so make sure you have confirmation before posting any items.
IMPORTANT
DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEM BEFORE YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THAT YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.
YOUR RETURN REQUEST MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS :
· Items bought at full price may be returned if the return request is made within 14 days of the date of shipment. After this date items may not be returned.
· All returns will be issued with store credit / refund to the full amount of the original purchase.
